Trevi Collection Hotel - Gruppo Trevi Hotels Rome, Rome

The hotel had a suite with a jacuzzi in the bedroom, but it was not soundproof, and our room was cramped with two extra beds. The staff were very nice and helpful, offering explanations about Rome and the hotel services. The location was amazing, just 5 mins from the Spanish Steps, making it ideal for exploring Rome's attractions. The dining experience was described as very good with a variety of sweet and savory meals.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms, although small with a sliding door, had excellent bathrooms and were surprisingly spacious for a boutique hotel. The service was exceptional, accommodating our requests with a smile. The dining options were adequate but not outstanding. Overall, a great value for money stay in a fantastic location.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were a decent size with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, although the view overlooked a side street, which is expected in Rome. The breakfast room directly opposite was quite dirty and of low quality, which was unfortunate. The location was fantastic, near many major sights and easy to reach by taxi or walking. The service was friendly, especially Sonia at reception, who was always helpful. The dining experience was lacking, with mixed food options that didn't cater to specific dietary needs. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers great value for its central location.
